We reply to email during business days, usually within one to two working days.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver within Finland. At checkout you can choose one of two delivery methods:

Pickup at our Rastila Center — Free

Collect your order in person at our Rastila Center, Retkeilijänkatu 7B, Helsinki, at no charge. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup, usually within 1–2 business days.

Posti delivery across Finland — €7

Your order is sent to a Posti office or parcel machine of your choice. Delivery normally takes 1–2 business days from the date of shipment. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, so most parcels arrive within about 2–4 business days in total.

Returns & your 14-day right to cancel

Under EU and Finnish consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

  • Tell us within 14 days. Email us at Info@vitalcarefinland.com to let us know you wish to cancel.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in resellable condition, to: Vital Care in U Oy, Retkeilijänkatu 7B LH1, 00980 Helsinki, Finland.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer. You cover the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
  • Refunds. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used to order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first at Info@vitalcarefinland.com or on +358 40 779 3924. We aim to resolve every issue quickly and fairly.

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta). Before doing so, contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV). You can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
