Thoughtfully sized to fit the 11″ (28 cm) skillet and 7 qt roaster, this rack unlocks endless stack-cooking. Place meat on the bottom of the pan while steaming vegetables on the rack above — maximising efficiency and flavour. It also holds six egg cups for poaching and can support a pudding pan for stovetop baking.
